Four of the six are white ethnic majority nations and the other two are dependent on these nations and the USA to sustain their economies. I'm sorry to say that sanctions will never happen for as long as money is involved. Also when corrupt studies like the Sewell report are seen by their governments as fact, the situation in the USA is seen as NIMBY.
