I agree, often companies put so much responsibility on their Black and of colour employees to shoulder the burden of anti-racism within their companies while all the time fearing the potential bad publicity when instances of racial discrimination, prejudice and abuse are exposed within their companies.
Which company's C-suite executives will be the first to break cover and declare with pride that they are actively seeking out, have found instances and are eradicating racism within their company?
Why not treat this like sustainability and celebrate when advances have been made rather than hiding a situation that exists in every major (and possibly every company) worldwide?
