One reason you haven’t seen it is likely because (by your picture) you are not Black or a person of colour, not female, not a person with disabilities, not LGBTQ+. I assume that you live in a white majority or white dominant culture, therefore I can understand why you have never seen or experienced the problem.

I’m not campaigning for quotas nor did I even suggest in my response that I was. I am campaigning for equity.
