Rebecca you are an inspiration to me. When I started to write it was to give expression to the pain and trauma I was feeling. Then I found one of your first articles and it spoke so clearly to me and made me realise that others feel the same way as me, I’m not alone.

You encouraged me to publish articles here on Medium and because of your regular posts this prompted me to begin Friday Thoughts On Racism that I publish here and within my company.

Even though you might focus more on writing about other topics, please continue to write about racism, we need your insights and inspiration. And don’t be put off by those who are against you, these are the less than 1% of the audience that love your work.

Remember, if you are doing something right you can expect resistance. Jesus did and he is an example that we should continue in the face of adversity. ✊🏾
