There is no magic bullet to resolve 500 years of racial oppression. What it will take is for people like you to truly understand that there is an issue even if you can’t see it.

Because you don’t really see a problem, I would suggest that you have not understood to sufficient depth the lived experience of those who suffer discrimination and prejudice on a daily basis but keep quiet for fear of being gaslighted, sealioned, and further oppressed through microaggressions. I assume you are Australian, please deeply research and establish genuine relationship with the indigenous peoples. Understanding their plight will help you to understand the scale of the issue for all Black people and people of colour in white majority and white dominant nations.
