Stephen, my last statement on the point. Because you don’t see there is an issue to solve, any solution I come up with you will debunk. This would be a pointless exercise.
As I said, the solution starts with you. Until you are willing to see and accept the obvious from those telling you there is an issue, you will not begin to recognise potential solutions within your own sphere of influence.
Finally I never said that prejudice and discrimination does not exist towards white people, but to call this racism requires you to research the history of race and racism. I don’t know if such a book exist in the Australian context but read Black and British by Dr David Olusoga. This will provide some insights outside of the typically US context.
