Thanks for your builds Rex, very insightful. My hope is that those who worry about the pie not being big enough or that their slice is appearing smaller as the pie gets bigger, will recognise their error and help to establish equality and/or equity, whichever is most appropriate for the particular case.

When they do recognise this they, might be able to also see their slice of the pie increasing too.
