This is really insightful Philip, thank you. What I’m looking for are examples where there OD practices are overtly and implicitly white biased and therefore continue to perpetuate implicit systemic racism.
I also think to behavioural indicators like MBTI, Belbin, Enneagram and others. I also look at new OD approaches like Frederic Laloux’s Reinventing Organisations and whether this is another latest example of what you have explored in your post.
