I have spoken to so many Black women who have been labelled as being "too assertive", "too aggressive", "too dramatic". I've found that when you put "too" on the front of nearly everything it turns the phrase negative.

To all of my Black sisters, keep on speaking up, keep on speaking out, your actions may appear fruitless but you are doing the groundwork for those young Black women and girls that will come after you.
