You hit the nail on the head with this one. When I first saw the picture I thought wonderful at last dark skinned Black women being represented in the world’s most revered fashion magazine. But like you something just didn’t look quite right but I couldn’t put my finger on it.

You’re right, on my visits to countries in Africa the women and girls wear their hair naturally and it’s beautiful.
